Do not order from this company!!!!
Total scam of a company!! Do not even think of placing an order through lighttrend. We place an order of almost £6000 of light fittings and have never received nothing, after months of waiting and hearing nothing, refunded request but no sign of it Do not use!!!!

Only contact is through live chat. We cancelled order placed in July 2024 since it was taking over 3 months to ship. We cancelled in September 2024 asked for refund, still waiting. LOOK ELSEWHERE !!!!!!

No product, no refund. Only contact is through live chat. Multiple times answer was always it is being shipped on Monday. Asked for refund, still waiting. LOOK ELSEWHERE !!!!!!
