The companies return policy is this. all spelling errors are from their response, not mine. Both items I received were a size large. One fit awkward over my bust and one I couldn't get over my hips. I am a US medium-large. "Dear customer, We can refund you full amount of the items after you return back it , but you should pay for the postage. But the posatge also very expensive , we do not recommend it . and if there is custom problem , you will responsible for it .the custom fees also very expensive". They offered to refund me $4 for my $75 purchase. Then $7 when I questioned it. I know you always take a risk with these websites, and this review is so others don't have to.

If I could, I would give less than one star. Shady company with no return policy and terrible quality of clothes.

The entire company is shady and return policy is non-transparent. They offer a return policy in which the customer provides the shipping cost. What they don't tell you is that they are located in an obscure location in China, and shipping is nearly impossible. They provide the wrong address and zip code, the return shipping cost is also astronomical. DO NOT BUY from them.

If 0 stars was an option then that would be my choice. I placed and order in early April consisting of 3 items. I paid $19.99 for expedited shipping. I have only received 2 of the 3 items and it’s almost June. The 2 items were received outside of the timeframe for expedited shipping. When I asked for a refund I was told I would receive a refund for expedited shipping once my last item is received which makes no sense. I tried to cancel the order before it was shipped and the only response was a bogus tracking number and email stating my items were shipped. This is the worst company!!! Responses to questions make no sense whatsoever when u ask for an update. My request to cancel my order was totally ignored. The most dishonest company I have ever dealt with.

I ordered 3 dresses 3 weeks before my event and paid extra for expedited shipping (5-10 days). A week before my event I asked for my order to be canceled- two separate emails- since it wouldn’t be here in time. Instead of cancelling like I asked they said it would be shipped with 48 hours. I finally got it 9 days after my event and only 2 out of the 3 items I ordered were in the package. I was still charged for 3 items. I asked for a return address to start the refund process and let them know I only received 2 items. Instead of sending me the return address they still sent the 3rd dress out! I have asked for a return address multiple times to get my money back and they have never given it to me!

Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Steer clear.

Esta compañía es terrible no le compren nada la ropa no es de buena calidad y además el delivery nunca paguen rush porque no llega se demoran 1 mes y para que televise tienes que Estar atrás de ellos escribiéndoles para que lo envíen básicamente te quieren robar el dinero 💰 no compren aquí nunca en su vida y además para devolverme los $30 que pague de rush me van a devolver $3 como si me están haciendo un favor se quedaron con el resto de mi dinero Recuerden no compren si no quieren que le riñen su dinero yo pague por 5 piezas $220 y nada que ver en calidad 😡

Very bad experience! No one is answering emails for return requests. I have been texting 3 times no one is texting me back the return address. The dress which I received it’s too big also not very good quality, doesn’t looks like on the picture
