This is an excellent program, combining many years of excellent ideas that are really really valuable for people who are suffering with pain. It is a holistic approach from a mental perspective, so it finds different paths to teach you many of the similar skills. Very valuable. I really do recommend it.

LIn Health is exceptional! My coach is professional, caring, compassionate and above all supportive. I appreciate the tools Lin Health has set forth to help me navigate through my pain, lack of support from family. Heating that I am not alone and what I am experiencing is very real has been a turning point for me. Lin Health has been a positive experience for me. I enjoy my guide. The exercises seem to help. I'm afraid there is no helping my pain because it's caused by age and worn out body parts. But I will continue to check it out.

Lin Health has been instrumental in my learning and my life. I have been experiencing chronic pain for years and this is the first time that it’s being addressed minus more pills. I have a personal pain counselor who has been with me on this recent journey and I am so grateful. I highly recommend this program. It offers a realistic experience which challenges all we’ve been taught about pain management. It’s definitely an opportunity for change!

I was in excruciating pain for a long time! I’ve been with Lin Health since April. They have made a HUGE difference in how I view pain. Yes, I’m still in pain but not as bad as I was. I look at pain very differently and am doing more than I did in a long time! I have told a LOT of people about Lin Health. My doctors, family, friends, my physical therapist, as many people as I can! Everyone should go through this course! Yes it is work and you MUST do all the studies! However, you will improve whatever you are experiencing and whatever pain you are in! It’s work but SO WORTH IT!!!! I’m 70 and have 70 years of thinking that I either need a doctor or a pill! I have learned that you can change and that you can have power over your brain and your body! YOU CAN BE IN CONTROL!!! And I’m using what I’ve learned in other areas of my life! I’m in physical therapy, I’ve had many procedures done and most have not worked. Yes, I still have pain but I’m taking less medication for the pain and am learning that even with pain I can live a full and active life! I could say a lot more. I’ll just say that EVERYONE NEEDS THIS AND WOULD BE HAPPIER AND HEALTHIER! You can be in control! But do the work and listen to everything! You will be amazed!
