Hi Susan, we're really sorry that you're not completely satisfied with your order! We do recommend steaming with stubborn wrinkles, and our comforters would be considered medium-weight. Just so you know, screen settings can vary from device to device, making what you see on the website a bit different than what the product looks like in person.
