Andrea provided me with excellent service. She is very knowledgeable and went out of her way to get me all the answers I needed in order to be able to utilize my existing alarm equipment with a new monitoring services. As for the company, I was able to find similar services at nearly 50% of their price

One of the alarm sensors just won't function properly but I'm locked into a three year deal and so I'm just stuck with a bunk sensor that sets off the alarm if I arm it from inside the house and not from outside the house via the alarm.com app. There is phone support, we replaced the sensor but still having the same issues. Just one of those things where this is actually where an alarm company would come to your residence and fix it.

The technical support has been good. Better instructions could have made installation easier. Camera's work very good. Instructions need to be better. Power cords need work. Found I was running extension cords for power. Monitoring should have been explained better. I'm still having issues adjusting views. Sun activates the cameras. I'm worried about overages.
