Recharge time atleast need 30-50 min.. Refund Time idk it's been more than 2 hour I didn't got my refund yet

I had the worst experience i lost 817 rs today i recharge and was waiting for the diamond and it automatically change it to refund and then again log out from the account automatically now i cant log in too

Paid for my orders and didn't recieve it so i sent a complain for it. refund initiated but haven't received my refund yet. Already has been 2 hours

Processing weekly pass,we all need it urgently and still payment processing,payment done not delivered,payment failed,what is this? Some money not even returned,if you're delivering it do it at instant timing pls without delay or refund kindly

It was going well until i am out of money now and they chose to cancel my order. Its only showing refund processing. But i got no money backkk..
