Hello Jose, Thank you for your comment. We don't charge the unanswered calls, since that is not logical. Yet, there are some special situations to consider, for example when a call reaches the Voice Mail of the called party, the connection is established in order to send the voice message, thus these calls look as if connected and billed accordingly. Please star rate any problematic / suspicious call in the future, so we can get notified and investigate it. The feature is free and available for all your calls in the Activity tab (your online account), and gives you personal control over your call connection.
