Day late and out of temperature.

The products were very well-packed and arrived fresh. Everything was delicious. I had called and was told to order for the day of the dinner, but did not notice on the site that arrival would not be guaranteed before 9. I was expecting an afternoon arrival, so that is the only reason for 4 stars - getting some misinformation from a call. We were lucky and it arrived at 7:15. When we voted if we would order a big family dinner like this again, everyone resounded with a big YES! (but I might order delivery for the day before)

It was an extremely easy and smooth process from beginning to delivery. The lobster arrived in perfect condition and was oh soooo good! pricing was much better than others I’ve used in the past. Highly recommend Lobsters Online!
