Local Utah RealtyJordan Smith | Principal Broker of Local Utah RealtyJordan Smith is the Principal Broker of Local Utah Realty, a licensed General Contractor, real estate investor, and one of Northern Utah's most active real estate professionals. He represents home buyers and sellers throughout Weber, Davis, Box Elder, and Salt Lake Counties. In 2025 alone, Jordan closed 104 homes representing $46.1 million in real estate sales. Throughout his career, he has represented buyers and sellers across hundreds of transactions totaling approximately $200 million in residential real estate sales.Jordan specializes in buyer representation, home sales, first-time homebuyers, VA and military buyers, relocation, investment properties, and real estate negotiation throughout Northern Utah, including Ogden, South Ogden, North Ogden, Washington Terrace, Riverdale, Roy, West Haven, Layton, Clearfield, Clinton, Syracuse, West Point, Kaysville, and surrounding communities.A Real Estate Broker Who Understands the House — Not Just the TransactionOne of Jordan's biggest differentiators is his extensive construction and real estate investment experience. In addition to serving as Principal Broker of Local Utah Realty, Jordan is a licensed General Contractor and has personally renovated, invested in, and flipped numerous homes throughout Northern Utah. That experience gives his clients another level of perspective when evaluating a property. During showings and inspections, Jordan looks beyond finishes and square footage to help clients recognize potential concerns involving roofing, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, water intrusion, sewer systems, structural issues, and other potentially expensive components of a home. For buyers, that knowledge can help identify problems before purchasing and provide valuable leverage during inspection and due diligence negotiations. For sellers, it helps determine which improvements are worth making before listing—and which ones are unlikely to produce a meaningful return.

Jordan Smith was a pleasure to work with on the sale of our house. We had a number of repairs that were needed to make the sale happen and he was instrumental in helping us take care of it. I would definitely recommend Jordan.

Jordan helped us with finding the perfect home! It felt like a long time that we were searching and going to look at different places until one felt right, and Jordan helped us out every step of the way. My favorite thing about him was how he had experience working on and flipping houses so he knew what to look for in a house. He was able to point out things that we did not even think of. I also liked his costco treats in the back of his car.

In an industry where choosing the right realtor to represent you and your best interests is crucial, Jordan is the one! His knowledge, experience, and work ethic is impressive. Jordan has a quick response time and is organized. He does not leave you to stress. From start to finish, I was treated with respect and gratitude by all members of his team. Special shout out to Adam at Stuart Title. Thank you for being so hospitable:) Jordan, Thank you for all your hard work. I appreciate you!

I have recently contracted jordan to sell my home. He was just as expected. Amazing as always. This time I was the seller. He managed to get me asking price in less than a month. On top of that, he helped me by providing not only a trailer for me to de clutter my house. But he also was willing to help me out in the actual process by providing muscle and personal time. He truly is an amazing realtor. Thank you Jordan.

Jordan Smith is a real estate magician. His proactive attitude and real estate savvy make him someone you want as your guide while house hunting. He got us into the perfect home, but if we ever look to buy or sell again he is the only person I would want to work with. He is honest, communicative, and always has snacks. I would absolutely work with him again.
