This company is a scam and rip off They lost or stole a lot of my belongings I would never recommend this company

I can assure you that we did not steal or lose your belongings. As a gentle reminder, your goods were picked up from a storage unit and all items loaded on the truck were recorded on your physical inventory which you confirmed and acknowledged by signature. The missing items in question are not listed on your inventory and therefore were not loaded at the pickup. You stated that these are bike tools that you use regularly so maybe you are misremembering and these items were not placed in your unit and therefore not included with the move. Our trace investigation is very thorough and includes searching our warehouse where the items are held until loaded on the trailer for delivery, checking with every client that was also loaded on that trailer to ensure they did not receive anything in error, and since you were the last stop we confirmed with our driver that the trailer was in fact empty. You also verified that no items were left behind on the truck. At the time of delivery a smaller truck was needed since there was no access for the semi-trailer. You chose to secure your own truck and our team transferred all items to your personal vehicle. You signed off that all items were received so it is possible that the items were misplaced once they left our possession and for this we cannot be held liable. We have all loading/unloading records showing all goods picked up have been delivered and we are very sorry that you are unable to locate these items but we do not show that these were ever in our possession. Despite this fact and as a courtesy to you, our client, we are still willing to honor a claim and have provided you with the instructions on how to get this filed. Should you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.

Honestly, the booking and packing of our items on the move out side was great, very efficient and courteous. There were ten movers and a manager who cataloged all of our items. This was misleading as the other side of our move was a mess! Our driver could not get into our driveway, which they apparently didn’t know until the day of the move. The move in time was then canceled last minute, I had to pay an additional $680 for a different truck. There were two adult movers and one child who moved our items in-he must have been 10! Our bed frames were thrown together and the bases not screwed in. Our boxes were out in one room and I had to move all of our items to the correct areas. Our bed frame was lost and our driver said he would look in the large moving van and call me, he never did. There were multiple people trying to organize the last minute payments and no one was on the same page. The driver told me he would not move a thing until he had his payment even though I told him there was cash for the last minute moving fee and two money orders. This company asked that I fill out a review after the first part of the move and not at completion and I see why. Having a third party mover on this side of things was an absolute nightmare! If movers are a bit more expensive, but do the complete move, do that. Don’t hire a contracted company that deals with third parties because when you move into your new home, you are stuck with all of the problems the third party creates.

Both the crew that moved me from my old house and the guys that moved me into the new house were extraordinary. I couldn't be more pleased with the service on both ends.
