The embrodery has inconsistencies and bare spots and we cannot use these items as giveaways to our clients. Definitely not the quality we are used to seeing and we will just go back to LLBean.

Material and sizing not what I expected. Old school cotton polo. …wanted fitness polo. These shrink also.

Dear Lou, Thank you for your recent purchase from our website. We appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify the fabric composition of the item you received. The K810 shirt is actually composed of 65% polyester and 35% cotton, as detailed in the product specifications. We understand you were expecting an all Polyester garment, but the "cotton" claim in your review is inaccurate for this specific style. We offer over 100 various styles of all-polyester, Dri-Fit polos on our site that may better suit your requirements, and the K810 is not one of them. For future purchases, we encourage you to contact our sales department. Our team can provide personalized guidance and help you select the most suitable product for your needs. Your review appears to be based on an assumption about the material rather than the actual product details or our service. We hope this clarification helps, and we look forward to assisting you in finding the perfect shirt in the future. Sincerely, Sales Team

The shirts are not as they look in pictures. I got a proof before production but looked to have a shadow & was offered an embroidered proof before final production but never received. Called a couple of days later to be told they shipped the day before call. Not happy - print to large shirts cheap

Gino, not sure what the issue is. Your embroidered logo is the exact same size and proportion as the graphic logo that you uploaded. We did email you the logo proof and size dimensions, which you did read. There was never a shadow, since logo is just a 1 color logo. The small text can Not be reduced any smaller otherwise they will not be readable. You ordered $26 polo shirts (value polos), which is one of our most popular shirts. Even though they are light weight, they are Very durable and Snag proof. You should wash and wear the shirts and you will see that they are quality shirts.

Shirts weren't very good quality. I will have to shop for others.

The good: Logo's were good and interaction with staff was good. Turnaround time was quick. The bad: Unwearable product. Underlying shirts are poor quality and sizing charts are off. I measured exact measurements specified and used sizing chart exactly as indicated. In the future I will buy the shirts first and then find a local shop to add the logo after, once I know the fit and quality is good.

I had the model number of a particular shirt and the sales person on the phone told me it was replaced by another model that was exactly the same other than the logo moving from the sleeve, to the chest. It was not the same. It has a totally different fit. I was very disappointed.
