I really did appreciate this organization. Although as a first time home buyer, I felt that being provided with a bit more communication would have been beneficial to me in order to reduce some of the uncertainties that I ran into. When I would contact the individuals, they would answer my questions, but I do think that some preventative communication would have been beneficial for both parties. I am fairly certain I am not the only person feeling this way, and even more certain that I won't be the last.

Dale was great in not only being available at all hours, but definitely held the hand of this first time home buyer. Everything was throughly explained, and I felt like my best interests we considered, as well as what I could afford and handle as a single mother. I have heard some horror stories with home buying, but I felt guided through the entire process with very minimal issues.

Every step of the way, Dale kept in contact with us - even when he was out of town. We hit a small snag during the process but he got it worked out and got the loan closed on time.

Lonestar financing was able to get my wife and I into our first home when we thought we would never own! We had been denied by multiple banks and Dale, Tami and Jennifer were able to make it happen! Couldn't have been a better experience. I would recommend this company to anyone!
