I had in-adverently ordered regular readers when I meant to order progressive readers. I called & the process to exchange for the correct glasses was very easy. Very happy with the correct lenses.

I purchased three styles of progressive readers; two of them fit my face but one of them was too small. I was able to return it and received a speedy refund.

The glasses are pretty but I don’t think the progressive is good.

Hi Jennifer, We’re sorry to hear that your experience with our progressive lenses hasn’t been ideal. We truly appreciate your feedback. It can take up to two weeks to fully adjust to progressives, as your eyes adapt to the gradual transition. Someone from our customer service team would be happy to guide you through this adjustment period or explore an alternative option if needed. Thank you. LOOK OPTIC

I like the glasses over all. They are cute! I don’t have to take them on and off, but when I look at my computer screen it has a bent appearance. Kind of annoying. I have never experienced that with other readers.

Hi Marcy, Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you like the glasses overall and that they’re convenient to wear. If you’d like, our team can help review your prescription and recommend a lens option that might reduce this effect. We can also help you exchange your progressives for readers. The LOOK OPTIC Team
