Loom & Leaf is a very good company. I have 5 mattress in my home, they replaced a king size and didn't give me any problems, my kids have them and so do i, very good quality for the money and warranty is the best ive seen in a long time.

Although the bed I bought from Loom and Leaf didn’t end up being right for me; my experience with the company was wonderful. They were polite and helpful and always made me feel like my sleep experience was more important than the sell of the mattress. Four years ago my husband and I bought a king size Loom and Leaf mattress. We have loved it every night since. Last week I noticed that there was a lump that had appeared on the surface of the mattress. I tried to flatten it out, but to no avail. It isn’t uncomfortable, but is unsightly. I called Loom and Leaf and the representative explained my available warranty options. What a marvelous company! I am delighted!

A good company to deal with. They have a good mattress product and they back up their exchange program. This is the third set of mattresses we have purchased from them in the last four yerars.
