I found that 3 of my properties were listed for sale by LoopNet, none of the properties were for sale and haven’t been for sale since the early 1970s. I have also noticed that a lot of properties that are on the website have already been sold/leased so the information that LoopNet advertises are out of date.

I requested an account cancellation by email in Oct 2025 and followed up with a second email in Nov 2025. I heard nothing. The account was eventually closed in Feb of 2026. Even after speaking with the account rep, who promised to get back to me with a response to my complaint, no response was received.
