Annie Vs. Loop
I never thought that my cat, Anchovy, would be the reason I became an even bigger fan of Loopy Cases, but here we are! 😂 Annie got ahold of the loop on my phone case and apparently had plans to run off with my entire phone. Unfortunately for her, it was a little too heavy to carry, so she gave up on that plan and settled for snacking on the loop when I wasn’t around. 🤦🏼♀️ When I went to the Loopy Cases website to purchase a replacement, I couldn’t find the specific color loop that came with my case (Whimsy). I reached out to customer service fully expecting to be told that replacement loops weren’t available separately and that they only came with the original case. Boy, was I wrong! Loopy Cases went above and beyond and actually shipped me a replacement loop FOR FREE! I honestly couldn’t believe it. I’ve never had a company take care of me like that before, and it meant so much to me. They could have easily said no, but instead, they chose to help me out and made the entire experience amazing. It’s one thing to sell a great product, but it’s another thing entirely to stand behind your customers and show that you genuinely care. That kind of customer service is rare, and Loopy Cases has absolutely earned my loyalty. Needless to say, Annie may be a tiny menace, but she has officially helped secure my lifelong loyalty to Loopy Cases. 😂❤️ I will NEVER buy another phone case from anywhere else!! Thank you, Loopy Cases, for being such an incredible company and for going above and beyond for your customers. You have a customer for life! ☺️
