Loudcup responded in a timely fashion. Explained that they were in the processing of moving & product I was inquiring about would be available in October.

Ordering was super easy updates on shipping were very quick. When I noticed a potential error, I reached out to customer service, received an immediate reply from a real person and my issue is resolved right then. So far, I'm very pleased with the company and how it has handled.

The customer service was great. My package got lost in the mail for a bit after getting delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted them. They were very understanding. They offered to refund or replace but thankfully my cups did come in that afternoon. Was a week late but wasn’t the company’s fault. I would definitely order from them again.

The items are great! Lighter than expected. The cups are LOUD! Its great! The printed cup was prettier than expected. Had an issue, they handled it great! Will definitely recommend!!

Happy that the team was really receptive to the idea of making cups with a marching band motif. Yay! Looking forward to these happening one day soon. :)

Delivery notice was several days off, but communication with this company was excellent. We ordered this as it serves two purposes for us. 1) a drink cup when we ride our side x side 2) a horn for the side x side, which is much cheaper than an actual horn. And it's fun.
