Today, we posted a YouTube video calling for a Boycott of Loves. The reason has to do with absolute greed, and I'll briefly explain here. Whenever a consumer uses a gas dispenser (pump) at LOVES, an authorization hold is placed on the consumer credit or debit account. The standard for LOVES is to authorize $175.00. Hence, if your sale is $10, $20, or $30, you have now just paid LOVES, at least temporarily, $175. Your financial institution will block this amount indefinitely until LOVES releases the hold authorization. In all other cases, such as Travel Centers of America, for example, once the sale is completed, the $175 authorization is dropped, and your availability to your cash order credit is restored. Usually, within seconds. In our case, several authorizations were made with over 3 days, and LOVES has refused to release the holds ($1,000), knowing it has successfully collected on its sale. You can not access your funds until LOVES says so, and in their case, it takes 5-10 days, where they hold your money, depriving you of access. It doesn't have to be this way. The instant release of authorization costs is nearly nothing and is nominal compared to the boycott ramifications. Loves has been made aware by its consumers repeatedly over the past decade, and the idmsue even came up in board minutes in 2016 & 2020. It is time to hit them share it matters. BOYCOTT. Bridgeport, Michigan store #743 The customer service at the store is outstanding. everyone we interacted with was helpful, cheerful and polite and courteous, and went out of their way to help us. We requested transportation from our truck to the store because I hurt my leg. I needed to not walk on it., not only did they bring a truck, but they also brought the other truck for my husband. Then they said when you’re done with your shower, give us a call and we’ll give you a ride back.! Thank you!!

They are not upfront about their contracts. You could be speaking with them on on the phone and request clarification and explanation, they will mislead you with verbiage and then later once you have signed the contract and you find out what kind of documents have been submitted on your behalf of your business, without being told what they mean or what they are. when you call back customer service to either get the issued resolved they give you no options other than to pay money and to get out of their way; they give you no options when they need to be held accountable and when they need to be more transparent. They do not allow you to talk to any upper management. The sales rep say pay us or deal with whatever issue has came up. Please BEWARE this company please read over the contract, and have someone (Lawyer) legally read over the contracts before you sign anything with them. Make sure you understand what you’re signing; because once you have a problem they will do nothing to help you fix the problem as long as they get paid as long as they get their money, they do not care about whatever issues that they caused you and your business. They took all the reasonably priced stuff out of the store. No good milk option. TA’s look good to me now !!

Great service product

I’ve used Loves factoring company for almost a year and my experience has been rocky. I signed up back in March of 2022 and began factoring immediately. The last few months have been horrible, our account was in limbo without an account rep for a while because our previous rep retired. Not sure when we received a new representative because no one every reached out to inform us. The manager Zach P, has been unpleasant from the very first conversation. Each conversation we’ve ever had with Zach started and ended with confusion & frustration. Countless times we’ve submitted an invoice only to find out 24 hrs later the invoice wouldn’t be funded for whatever reason, a customer would be updated to “No load” after submission, credit team (Zach) would take up to 48hrs to verify credit. Recently I experienced the first Chargeback since having this account, Zach and I were both aware of the payment being sent late for unknown reasons from the broker but yet Zach refused to allow our account to operate as normal. Love’s continued to accept invoices from the broker, while placing our account in the negative. We’ve reached out to Zach via email and telephone and yet to receive an update. I’ve spoken with his team and they have no idea why he won’t return or acknowledge our account. His team of representatives however has been very helpful in trying to assist us. Currently terminating our contract with Loves and moving on to OTR Solutions.

I am the owner of a small trucking company that Love's Factoring signed up under false pretenses. Here are several but not all of the ways that they have misled me and harmed my business: 1, The contract that they put me on has a really high price after they promised me that 5% is standard for the industry when it is actually about 3% 2. They refuse to factor any invoices under $750, which is a huge problem for me because I own a small truck so most of my invoices are under $750 3. The contract has no way out, which means that no matter how unhappy I am in the contract I can't even pay my way out 4. I need the cashflow to survive, but they are stopping me from using their service with #2 and I can't leave because of #3 5. Too many times they refuse to answer the phone or refuse to fund a load without giving me a reason Despite the good discounts on the fuel card, the factoring is NOT WORTH IT. I'm not normally one to leave negative reviews, but since they are holding my company hostage, I've been left with no option but to tell as many people what happened to me as possible.
