The setup was very easy and quick. Our guest loved having the Photo Booth and it was well priced. I think this was a very easy and fun way to get wedding guest up and to have a keepsake from the day.

The equipment came nicely packaged. The setup was quick and easy, with very detailed instructions. Communication from staff was remarkable. We'll definitely use it again.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my recent experience with Lovestream’s Photo Booth! The whole process was really simple. Lovestream made it really easy to sign up for the product, customize the product, use the product and return it. My party guests (and I) loved the Photo Booth and had a blast with the different filters and offerings. We loved being able to access the photos instantly and share via text/email, etc. It definitely elevated the party! Lastly, the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! They were super responsive, helpful and kind! If you are considering a Photo Booth rental, do yourself a favor and rent from Lovestream. They are top notch !

This company reserved my photo booth, took $550 from my account and then told me on the day of the event that they could not provide the photo booth. On their site they claim that if they cannot for some reason provide the photo booth that they will find another photo booth and that they would pay for it. It has been 3 weeks and the company has not refunded me the $550. They never provided the photo booth from their company and obviously not any other photo booth. Therefore my event did not have the photo booth and I was out $550 and ended up not being able to use any Services because I did not have the funds and it is 3 weeks out and after four emails and a call they are still not responding. It was a scam that now requires legal action to get back all of my hard-earned money plus all the issues they caused by Breaking a contract and legally binding business transaction terms. Do Not Use this service. They Must have fake accounts setting up fake good reviews because there has been Zero cooperation from this business.

Hi Hadasa, we are deeply sorry your event went without a photo booth—that is never the outcome we want for anyone's special day. To clarify the timeline: your booking was placed online on a Friday after business hours for an event happening the very next day (Saturday). Because we operate on a ship-to-you model constrained by carrier schedules, same-day delivery is physically impossible. This is why our availability information states to contact us before booking if an event is less than 7 days away, so we can manually confirm if a shipment can physically reach you before booking. Because this was ordered overnight, it was impossible to intercept or fulfill before your Saturday event. Your review this morning was the first alert to our management team that an order had bypassed our safety cutoffs and a refund had not been processed. The absolute moment we saw it, we stepped in to resolve it: we manually processed the full refund and have reached out to you three times today via phone and text to ensure we connect to apologize on the delay and confirm receipt. We are fully committed to ensuring you receive your funds. Please check your inbox or voicemail so we can get this fully resolved for you.

We used Lovestream for my daughter’s high school graduation party and everyone loved it. Easy to use and share the photos. Worth every penny.

The whole process was so easy and customer service was top notch! The equipment arrived and was easy to assemble and operate! It was a huge hit at our daughter’s graduation party. Definitely recommend!!

Love stream made it considerably easy to rent a Photo Booth and very affordable. Customer service was great especially since I was having a bit of hard time creating the border. They worked with me and was able toto use the border I created. Easy to set up and the Photo Booth was a hit at my daughter’s party! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
