I havent recieve my order yet, when will i get it?

Bought this hat for my boyfriend. He loves Lower Park hats and has owned his last two for multiple years. He loves it and the adjustable strap means it fits great.

Customer service is incredible. Feel like they actually value the customer. Only thing better than the customer service is the quality of the hat.

Steff was super helpful! Even though the hat I initially purchased was unavailable, he helped me choose another, and was attentive throughout the process. I love your hats and so does my friend!

I have used lower park for years now and it used to be fantastic service and products delivered within a few days to a week, now it takes forever for delivery have now been waiting 3 weeks and still no products. Could have made them myself by now.
