I ordered remembrance bracelets for my mother's funeral service. I received half of the order, but trying to get the missing items has been a nightmare. The order was placed in August and there have been numerous back and forth emails with customer service. I had to send multiple photos of the packaging and the items I received. Then they finally said they would send the missing items and it's been almost a month...still nothing. Now I can't get anyone to respond to my emails. I've contacted my credit card company, but it may be too late for a dispute...which I think is purposeful. They responded until they knew the time would run out on filing a dispute (my feeling/opinion).

I recently purchased some bracelets from this company and never received my order. My order #1339660, was assigned a tracking number that was also assigned to someone else at a different address. The post office has a photo of the package with the other person's name and address. I have reached out to the company on several occasions with no satisfaction.

This company has refused to return my money after they received my return of 5 bracelets!!!!! I keep getting AI responses saying they understand my frustration. WHAT???!!! This “business” is fraudulent, and can’t be trusted!!! They won’t respond to any questions… I just keep getting the same AI response. AND, they don’t have a working phone number. You can’t even speak with a human!!! PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT LUCA & DANI!

This company is a scam. They continue to lie and are refusing to refund me my money. I never received my items!! Horrible people. Horrible business! Do not buy from them.

As much as I like this jewelry, NEVER AGAIN will I order from them. I ordered 3 bracelets, only received 1. Sent pics of the package, and all info. They won't replace the missing ones, there's no contact number to call and they are blaming it on USPS. What a SCAM!

I bought three bracelets from this company and had to return them. I have proof that they have received these items. They refuse to return my money! There is no phone number to reach anyone at this company! There is no way of resolving any conflicts with this company! You’re taking a chance if you purchase anything from them! I’ve liked their products in the past, but will no longer purchase anything from them! Please do not give them your business! They are fraudulent, and they are stealing my money! They should not be in business!

Worse company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a bracelet, got charged for it immediately and then waited almost 2 months for delivery. Received message that it was finally delivered - however I didn’t receive it. Contacted customer service and was told I had to take it up with USPS, which I did to find out your company had the incorrect address associated with my tracking number. After several message to your customer service department, someone by the name of Elizabeth was going to research. Again, sent several messages to customer service and NEVER got a response. Disgusting! Fraudulent ! I have since bad mouthed your company to whoever I could !

I ordered Easter gifts for my granddaughters and when they arrived, despite measuring, they appeared too small. I began a return immediately and ask for the new bracelets to be mailed directly to them in order for them to arrive for Easter. I have now sent 4 emails since Friday w/o reply as to where we are in this process and where they are being mailed. My answers always come after 5 pm when I am not looking at my emails and on into the night. I am very very frustrated at the lack of ability to reach someone and have it be timely. I will not use this company in the future.
