Updated - got my deposit it took a while & I had yo contact support 3-4 times - they said they are having problems with the payment company & only offered crypto deposits & withdrawal - I would play again if debit cards & cash app where an option -3/17/25 It's been 3 days still no deposit - cash app was not available to redeem request and the support is a bot & and would not adds my cash app when I reached out because my account didn't show my cash app linked- I feel like I got taking advantage of because I was really excited to win, redeem then deposit again, I refuse to deposit now, because they have yet to pay my I redeem, definitely a bad look for a new user.

I like jay the customer service guy. He’s fast and responds and gives out free play . The other customer service ppl are slow and still waiting on a response. Use to be able cash out on cashapp. Now it’s only crypto. I can’t get my money off phantom from cashing out . Favorite platform. But don’t think I’ll be playing anymore unfortunately 😞
