I signed up for an account after my purchase, and when I called to request that my order be tied to my new account I was pleasantly surprised: a real person answered the phone, I could understand them, he answered my questions right away and followed up with an email to confirm everything. Wow!

I paid for express delivery, however, it's been 5 days and still not expected to be delivered for two more days. When tracking the DHL system, the package has been in the next town to me for 3 days.... so whats up with that???? DISATISFIED.
