What began as an unpleasant delayed delivery was resolved by Sandy with your Customer Service Department. She searched for my delayed package and was able to locate it and give me a good delivery date. I was upset as I was close to running out of my probiotic, yet she managed to calm me down and get the necessary information to find the package She was very professional and caring and understood how important it was for me to receive my probiotic which is working miracles.

Thank you so much for sharing this! We're glad Sandy could track down your package and put your mind at ease, especially with your probiotic supply running low. I'll be sure to pass this along to her — knowing she handled it with both professionalism and genuine care means a lot, and we're thrilled to hear the probiotic is working so well for you!
