Lumberjack DirectReviews of lumberjackdirect.com

Good customer service. Good value .

I had a minor issue with my order; they took care of it right away to make sure everything was correct. My floor looks fantastic.

Erykah’s customer service and advice is second to none! She would reply before and after hours with the passion to help! Lumberjack pricing and availability was outstanding as well.

Erykah made my experience choosing flooring a delight. She was conscientious. She stayed in close communication with me. I sent her a sample of my cabinets and she sent me her recommendations of flooring. The samples were big enough to get an idea of what the flooring will look like. Her customer service has made me a committed customer. I will be back. Thank you, Erykah..

Was a great product with a great price. The service was amazing and they really worked with us to ship it when we were ready. They stored it for us until we were ready. Love the flooring and working with lumberjack direct.

Lumberjack Direct far exceeded my expectations. They easily beat the pricing of all the local retailers I asked. By up to $4 a sq ft!!! The customer service was far beyond what I asked for. Communicating to me and helping me pick a new flooring. They were so patient and kind! Who has those qualities anymore. Lumberjack direct does! I would choose them again and again!

Lumberjack Direct made flooring samples available at low cost and delivered them promptly

Very good communications… Fast delivery!!!Thanks!
