I emailed customer service abot this issue with the Italian restaurant. In booklet #1, it's missing pages 115,116,133 and 134. Obviously one page was left out of the booklet, and I can't continue without it. Can you confirm that customer service got my email, and are working on emailing me the pages I need? We are missing a piece or two in each bag? It’s for the 1st one we are building the art gallery so not happpy we have bought 6 too I am hoping it’s just this one so far 5 missing pieces and we are on bag 3

I received the set, but the shipping was not up to standard. I bought a set to complete my Christmas decorations, and it was delivered in a plastic bag. There was no protection for the box, which arrived with holes in the top and bottom. I contacted customer service, who offered me a €3 discount, which I am still waiting for. Please improve your shipping, as boxes are important for some users.

I've built all of the Old West builds. Very enjoyable...however the directions for this particular build are difficult to follow which took an unnecessary amount of time to comprehend. I've had to "re-do" many of the steps.
