At first i got this for my girlfriend but she didn't end up using it so now i just use it for myself. Delivery took 3 days (It says 3-7 days on the website) When i first tried it I saw no results but I searched up the power way to do it and followed the instructions and then I actually saw good results. My girlfriend ended up trying it properly after she saw me using it and now we are big believer in it. the product quality itself is very good and it feels super nice to use (especially the blue setting) it's literally a mini facial that you can do at home. Super cool i use it daily before bed and i'm thinking of gifting one to one my friends

There is no response from this company. There is NO tracking... just a dead link with no contact information or ways to cancel the purchase. The "tracking" page just states "in progress," with no details where the package is or where "in the world" the shipping warehouse is located.

Hi there, please make sure you ordered from our website "luminesceglow.com" not any other website as there are many impersonators of us now. We are always responding to customer emails 24/7. There is a high chance that you did not order from the correct website as we have now had a few people tell us that they also ordered from the wrong website.

I purchased the item with a 3-5 day delivery guarantee and I did not receive the item, when I contacted the company they promised within 16 days or an immmediate refund. After 16 days still no items, I have contacted them and so far no reply. I can not comment on the product but so far I am out money and have nothing to show for it. Take caution if ordering

Hi there, we're sorry that you experienced this, although we have had 100's of thousands of happy customers, there is always a chance that your local deliverer/carrier could not deliver it for whatever reason. Unfortunately that is completely out of our control, and if there is no sufficient proof on the tracking number, for example, it being classed as "Delivered" by the carrier, then we cannot refund that. There is no way to know if you're telling the truth unfortunately without sufficient evidence. All we can do is advise you to get in touch with the carrier on your tracking number and find out where it is. Thank you.

Do not trust - fake shop - they take your money and don't try to deliver any purchases.

Hi there we're sorry you feel this way. However, we are not a fake shop! We are newer yes, however, we stormed the markets very quickly with 100's of thousands of extremely happy reviews and testimonials. We would like to look into this, however nothing on our database indicates that there wasn't a received delivery.
