I ordered light fixtures with three components. two parts were delivered in black, one in white. I have been calling customer service for four days, leaving messages. Still no one has called me back.

Poor communication. Rude customer service. Tell you one thing, then when you order all of a sudden everything has a 4 week plus backorder.

Order never processed through thier site, but my card was charged. had to call three days later to get order processed. Was told on Wednesday that order would ship on Friday and I would get a notification. I had to call on Monday to ask about shipping status. Was told I would get a call back shortly and never did. Left vm and sent email on Monday Night. Called 2 hours into the business day on Tuesday to finally find out that light shipped Monday and would be delivered tuesday.
