Scammers, no communication, tried to cancel, again no contact of any kind. No refund,Sub-standard products, go to amazon not etsy.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - Bought some waterproof swimming headphones from them which were awful quality. After only a few weeks they stopped charging and now the company is ignoring all my emails about a refund. I also suspect that they fraudulently put their product on a review page as a ‘best buy’ swimming headphones as when I looked for the review after I had ordered it had mysteriously disappeared. Avoid at all costs.

Dreadful experience - After repeated promises that the item was despatched nothing still received . Also no clue when purchasing that I was dealing direct with China . They lie and cheat and should be illegal .

They are scammer!!! Product sent withou label, the worst quality ever seen and to make return you have to pay the shipment so you will lose half of you money at least!!! They are thieves!!!

Ordered product on June 29th and still waiting tracking can't give any info as it's states waiting for carrier response. Second time I have been messed over. Just want a refund

I recently purchased what appeared to be a 3D self standing acrylic carved plaque of a woman looking at a poodle advertised at 9" for £27.09.It arrived. But is 1D, not selfstanding, not 9" - only7" , not carved but what seems to be a piece of plastic with a coloured transfer stuck on the back. I complained and was replied to by a company called Support at Shops who advised No Refund since I was too slow in contacting them.

Werben mit einer Website und Geschäft aus Berlin. Tatsächlich kam die Bestätigung aus Singapur. Lieferzeit anstatt 4 Tage, dann 14 Tage angekündigt. Habe Bestellung storniert. Bin gespannt, ob die Zahlung bei Paypal erstattet wird
