IF there was a zero score I would give it. Horrible customer service as basically they accept no returns. The videos showing their products don't reflect what they actually look like when received. Stay far away!

This company is a scam and they don't care about the customer at all. I purchased 3 items and they sent the wrong size. they informed me to re-order and they would send me details about returning the wrong size items for a full refund. re-ordered with expedited shipping in August and never got details for return and til this day still have not received expedited items. So I'm out almost $150.00! there last response to me after over 20 emails I sent there customer (don't care) service. Took forever to get to me. Didn’t fit well and was uncomfortable, asked to return and they said I couldn’t return, had been too long, only had the product for 3 days. Phony, don’t buy.

This company is a scam! Should have read reviews ( not yours) before I bought clothes in Aug ( yes, Aug). I was able to EMail them when thry weren't delivered! E Mailed them ( with them responding each time ) Then they finally promised me full refund and it would take 7-15 days for bank to issue! Well, surprise, surprise, when I tried to EMail them today asking "where is refund" ? Daemon came back with "message undeliverable" and their domain is gone! BUT, THEY LISTED THEIR COMPANY AS LUXIERIA. I BELIEVE THEY ARE THE SAME CHINESE CO AS LUXELYRA. ALWAYS, ALWAYS CHECK ANY COMPANY ADVERTISING ON FACEBOOK BEFORE YOU BUY!

Stay away from this company! They have no problem charging your card but you never receive the items. My order was placed 2 months ago with numerous inquiries to the company. Nothing! STAY AWAY!

Don’t order from here. Over a month, not received items ordered and customer service agent keeps saying they are checking shipping whenever I eventually get a response. Still waiting for refund.

If there were zero stars I would rate them zero. The size chart is completely wrong, WAY too small. They have no return or exchange available, no matter what the site says. Their auto-generated replies to my countless attempts to complete a return were void of any help. They then demanded photos to support my claim that the items were incorrect and told me I would have to pay to return them. But they still provided no return information. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM.

If I could give less than this is would. Teri le product. Terrible return policy. They say they have an easy 14 day policy. I immediately asked for a return due to being uncomfortable and I’m allergic to polyester. They don’t list anywhere what it’s made of. Don’t order from them.
