Super fun to get off the plane and have someone waiting with my name on a banner. Great experience especially when our driver gave us a recommendation for a restaurant which tired out to be the best meal we had in NY!

The drivers were very good, nice clean new vehicles. I used their services 3 times while in New York. But on one trip they quoted me a price then sent a receipt for that price, but then charged me more on my credit card. Apparently they made an error on the quote and receipt and corrected it after the fact. E-mailed them and they would not honor the price that was quoted and that they sent a receipt for.

We recently arived at JFK Luxor was there on time , a new car and a great driver. The only way to arrive at your destination!!!

Very reliable. I booked my car picking me up from my hotel the plaza to JFK. They're very efficient and on time. Going to the airport is chaotic and traffic madness but they make my journey relax and not tense to be late on my flight. They know the route very well. My driver is polite too, definitely, every time I'm going to NYC I'll booked in this company.

We booked Luxor for 5 trips and every time the driver was on time, friendly and totally professional. If in NYC again I would never think of booking other car service. I am a customer for life!

Limo itself was very nice. At least I got what I paid for. I had two services booked the same day. No friendly service from one of the drivers at all!!!! Limo service should be an over the top service. After all, an alright experience; but the worse memory of my wedding day. Make sure you read and understand all the hidden and small letters. Drivers are not really aware of all the details.

So glad we decided to use this service. Our driver was an absolute pleasure and a great start to our New York adventure. WILL USE AGAIN!! THANK YOU!!
