We made a reservation over the phone because the web site wouldn't let me finish. We were happy with the rate but eventually had to cancel because of weather issues. We received a full refund and would use LEXY again.

No doubt Valentino is the best and I would call him every time. He is prompt, his driving is superb, and he could not be nicer! We are an hour from the airport and the drive was completely enjoyable. Great guy, highly recommend!

No limo showed up to take me home. Was at Hartford airport from 10:30 PM until 2:00 AM walking around the pickup area looking for my ride. Finally had to call a friend to pick me up. Tried calling 5 times and waited on hold with no one ever answering. Got no refund only a voucher for another ride. Not the least bit happy!
