I was shut out for Newport Folkfest Tickets. We've been concerned not hearing any updates and I was confused by the site as it looked like my request was canceled Jay responded promptly and patiently

How many people ripped off by Lyte? Signed up and paid the fee for opportunity to purchase Jackson Browne tickets in Santa Barbara. First I was given the opportunity to reserve 6 tickets. When I used the code at the sale start time, the system would only let me choose 4 tickets. Moving forward each time I tried to select and purchase tickets I was presented with the message that all tickets were reserved but not sold out and to refresh and try again. I did this from 10:00 until 10:32 when everything was sold out. Very disappointed to say the least. Seems like a money grab for fees. Never again folks.

The customer service team is great and took care of my request very quickly. I had purchased a reserved seat option for a show before the dates were released and I am not going to be able to attend.

The Lyte team was a pleasure to work with to resolve my issue. Very responsive and explained in detail how I could sell my tickets on the platform. Even sent me a follow-up reminder when life got busy. Great team, great service, great platform!

I had submitted a request through lyte for tickets for a Festival and I emailed them because I never got an email confirmation and I was stressing out. Thankfully Jay emailed me back in a very timely manner and was able to fix my issue, i had misspelled my email! Thank you so much Jay!
