My experience has been positive. Their Spend account offers very competitive rates. Transfering funds is easy and efficiently. Have not traded that much with them, but my experience has been positive too.

They liquidated my holdings when I transferred my account without my authorization, which inadvertently lost me thousands. I followed up several times and they chose to ignore the issue, hoping it would go away. This is still ongoing. Their software is also super buggy, which makes adjusting pies super annoying sometimes. But the pie-based stock concept is a really good idea and should be more widely adopted.

Worst credit card I have ever used. Only credit card where I have repeatedly been charge fees. Customer service will ‘look into waiving it’ then there is no communication of resolution resulting in further late fees. Latest incident $0.02 credit card fee then $0.98 adjustment. Called to ask what’s up. They said “you have to make a payment every month or else it will charge you”- Sir, what will I make a payment on if I have a zero balance? I just closed my account. Worst experience I have ever had with a credit card randomly charging me with no reason or resolution. I paid at least $200 in fees and adjustments the few months i had it. Oh and also, I never got the 5% on chipotle purchases that I was promised. Tl;dr- get ready for unexpected fees, don’t expect help from customer service

My experience with M1 fiancé Hello please everyone I will love to share a real-life experience I am facing with this bias and racist company called m1 fiancé after dealing with them for over 2yrs, someone without doing his due diligence just sent me mail requesting and painting a picture of criminality. This is the worse organization I have invested my money in. I will state more as the issues unfolds

- Would be nice to be able to buy any company irregardless of volume trade. - Should give investors more access to buy more OTC and foreign stocks. - Need to allow investors to search stocks and ETF's by country/region - Should provide financial statements to user's and allow them to customize charts (Comparing stock price to past earnings, P/FCF, etc) - Get rid of the trade windows or get rid of the minimum balance in an account to trade in either morning/afternoon if you're paying for M1 plus. At least look at total balance.

M1 is a great all in one finance platform. The Owners Rewards credit card puts the cash back rewards to be invested right back into the market, and the cash account gets 1% interest. It's great to be able to consolidate so many different financial products and tools onto a single platform.
