Completely Unreliable & Poor Support Very bad experience with M2Host. We have been unable to send or receive emails for over a week now. Even with a dedicated IP, their support has failed to resolve the issue or provide a working solution after multiple follow-ups. Unacceptable service and complete lack of urgency. Would not recommend.

if you are planning to make a business using them , stay away they have support but it use to be great now it seem they are using AI to respond and things will take days to get fix and not reliable do your business with another provider

I would not recommend these jokers, I have the payment setup on PayPal to pay them on every billing date. I'm guessing that because there are different days in the month they get paid a day late and they jump down your throat. The servers are down more than up, I pay them yearly or maybe 6 monthly and they still demand more money. I'm closing my account, I have hosted websites with probably more than 20 companies and these idiots are the worst of the lot.

Hi i am Cambodian that subscribe to Starter Plan in M2host.com. My domain have lost while my order have been completed payment and spend long time and days to solve the issue. Until now it not completely

Found a hidden charge in my account and I refused to pay and requested for cancellation of my account. They ignored my request and did not refund my $23.25. Not recommended for this vendor if you are serious about looking for your hosting service provider.

hosting good. but when it comes to payments , it was bad over the years always disscussing over billing. now when cancelld accouunt , and even cant access now ,it shows no ac exist --pls create new , the cancellation was by support confirmed...an indian company try to charge again,and they done ..now have to try get money back. take care when it comes to payments !!!!!

M2host debited my card even though I had cancelled. They refuse to refund me. This is the worst company and their customer service only contacts by email and is very unresponsive. [Ticket ID: 557200] Refund my account

I paid for the domain renewal on 3rd April, on 29th April my domain was taken down and I keep hearing for 4 days that they are in the renewal process and no ETA given or details on why service was down though it was paid a month in advance. It is terrible to be in this state as a customer as my business is impacted by this issue!
