Dresses are lovely and delivery and returns were very easy. Customer service was great.

My inquiry was quickly responded to and an exchange was easily made. Excellent customer service.

The first thing o noticed When I received my dress was the ribbon on the dress that said in bold letters WE WIll NOT TAKE RETURNS IF THUS RIBBON US CUT. I WEnt to return the dress. Ribbon was intact. And I was denied my refund. They accused me of wearing the dress which would be impossible since the ribbon was not cut. They said dress was dirty and there was a bit pet fur on it. However the dress was never worn. I had only tried it on in my house. Needless to say Mac Duggal has horrible customer service. I would not recommend ordering their products online or even bringing them to your home to try on. There are plenty of better dress designers on the market who put their customers first. Especially customers who follow the designers rules when returning the dress.

I incorrectly gave a bad review to this company when it was intended for another. I sincerely apologize. This company is great and I’ve had zero issues.

This is the second time that I order from this company. Their dresses are beautiful, great quality. But most importantly is their customer service. Twice I had an issue and twice they responded and helped me out. Great..great..great! It’s the first company I go to when I have an event.

I did not love that I had to pay to send the dresses back.

I recently wrote a review about Mac Duggal dresses. They are shipped on time and with hangers! The dresses are well made and the quality is good. I did have a problem with the return of funds, however, the company rectified the situation immediately.
