Disappointing
The dress I ordered is beautiful, well cut, and the fabric seems to be of good quality. However, I had to return it because it was missing two of the crystal embellishments. Quality control needs to be more careful. Secondly, the delivery took much longer than it should have and included several inaccurate notifications. While I realize they are not responsible for the carrier's shortcomings, they should consider using a more reputable carrier (FedEx or Purolator). DHL is not great. Thankfully, I have lots of time to find another dress before my daughter's wedding, otherwise I would be left in a panic.

The dress is beautiful
The dress is beautiful, but the fabric rips very easily. Unfortunately, the material is too fragile.

I love your product
I love your product. However it didn’t fit me. I find it difficult to return. I’m still eating for the credit.

I had an issue with some missing beads…
I had an issue with some missing beads on the gown I ordered. I notified customer service and am expecting replacement beads in the mail. The issue was resolved so quickly!

Great quality and fit
This was my first time purchasing through Mac Duggal and the experience was great - constant communication about my order and delivery; a gorgeous, high quality dress; and a very easy exchange process for a different size.
