The font for the personalization on the ornament is thin and hard to read.

Not what I expected. Advertisement made it seem like a 3d ornament. Ceramic or glass maybe, what I got was a printed picture under a thin peace of plexiglass or acrylic. It did look nice and I will keep putting it up each Christmas, but not what I was expecting at all.

I loved the ornament but did not realize it was flat. it looked more 3D when looking at it on the website. Order and shipment time was great.

I didn’t realize the ornament was flat in the picture. It looked like it went all the way around like it was 3-D so I was disappointed that it was just a flat plastic ornament. I bought it as a gift so I don’t know if the recipient will like it or not but I hope so. It’s still kinda cute.

I had to go back to the original ad to see if they gave an accurate description of the size. Though the ad made the item look larger than it was, it was as described, in small print. If I had noticed the actual size, I would not have purchased it.
