Excellent experience with Madame Bridal. Dress was gorgeous, exactly my daugther's size. The free shoes are really cute, we love them too. Delivery on time! I definetly recommend this store!

The most amazing customer service you can imagine! Simon and Helen have both been so helpful to me. Thanks to the both of them, my dream dress is now a reality! Not clear enough communication on their return policy or the fact that nothing you order is available in their store, therefore will be considered “special order”. Very misleading! They do not take any responsibility for anything!!! They are basically just the middleman for the manufacturer’s, marking up the cost and refusing to refund one cent regardless of circumstances. I ordered based on exact measurements. Now I’m stuck with a $300.00 dress that is so big, it would have to be rebuilt to fit. Thanks but no thanks. DONT BOTHER ORDERING from these unethical people!!!
