Never received no money back yet

Rectifier Regulator Fit for Suzuki Outboard DF25 DF30 hp 2000-2007 32800-89J00 I would have given 5 stars except for some reason my order didn't ship until 4 or 5 days after it was place. I know this because USPS sent a message saying that the mailing label had been produced but it took that many days before they received the package. Once they received it they indicated that I would receive it on Thursday, the 16th however, it arrived today on the 14th! I plan to install it tomorrow. Customer service was excellent! I look forward to finishing the installation and many years of trouble-free service. Thanks very much.

Slow response time with customer service. Received emails about purchase early morning hours. Shipping company that brought product wasn’t very efficient. Poor communication about delivery. Scheduled for early morning. Didn’t receive till end of day! Good price on product and happy with the quality though!

Sent Chinese knockoff parts and won't refund me any money back, couldn't use the kit at all
