excellent customer service

We purchased custom sized long floor mats to protect our hardwood floors from our 2 large dogs running into the house. Great service from the start. Appears to be long-lasting quality. This is our second order because we were so pleased with the first!

Everything was good except tracking information i got it after I received the items

Mad Matter was great to deal with. Top notch customer service and very very friendly live phone assistance. Thank you all for everything!

Great mats fast delivery.

Not being sure what Matt to purchase for a residential application, I called Mad Matter and had “ live chat” conversations to determine the correct product. The recommendations were very good and allowed me to determine the right product. I am very happy with the appearance of the Matt that is situated at our main entry ( covered) door . The price seemed reasonable for our purposes. I highly recommend The Mad Matter!!

we really like the rugs just wondering why it took just over three weeks for delivery?

Great value especially with 4 really bad storms in March. Mat kept all the snowy shoes and boots off floor
