This company was recommended by a friend. Good quality product and no troubles with order and delivery. I would purchase from them again!

While the mat is just the right amount of "squishy-ness", the mat had a goo (I think it was the adhesive that stuck to the cardboard rollers) on it which is now on my floor and is difficult to get off. And, the cut of the mat was not a perfect square.

Danny, Sorry that your mat was not what you had hoped for. I wish you would have called me before dinging us on our service. We want you happy. If you give me a call, we will make this right.

My mats were just as described on the website. I received a quick answer to my advance questions and fast deliver. Made a big improvement in my generic shower stall base. Looks good and very comfy to stand on. Very happy customer.

Very happy with my product from Mad Matter, but wish the shipper had more robust information like an ETA of receipt at the time of purchase

Sorry about the delay. Not sure why UPS took so long to get your mat to you. It shipped out the day after it was ordered. Sorry you had to wait, but am happy that you like the product.

This mat has taken alot of stress off my feet and legs, I am on my feet 10hrs a day in my Barber Shop and it takes a toll on my legs. Since I purchased this mat it has made the days much more enjoyable and I can focus on my clients instead of my feet and legs. Awesome!

Ordered a couple custom mats, they didn't turn out how I expected them to be, so they remade them in different color and HD format and promptly shipped them out. Excellent customer service, will buy from again.

Thanks Adam. Glad we could make it work for you!
