I recently purchased WpRently and several other plugins from MagePeople, and my experience has been overwhelmingly negative. Since installation, I have faced massive technical issues and system conflicts within WordPress that eventually forced me to deactivate the entire suite to keep my website functional. The marketing of these products as "Pro" is highly misleading. In my experience, there is nothing professional about the stability or the business model. Even after paying for a premium version, I discovered that basic, essential features—such as seasonal pricing or the ability to create backend orders—are locked behind additional paywalls. Having to purchase extra plugins for industry-standard functions is unacceptable for a product labeled as "Pro." The support team has been unable to provide effective solutions for these recurring bugs. I cannot recommend MagePeople for any live environment, as the software jeopardizes the stability of the entire WordPress instance. There are far more reliable, stable, and truly professional booking plugins available on the market. Stay away if you value your site's uptime and a fair pricing structure.

The Rental Plugins are bloated and slow down the running of my wordpress site. I added a few more add-on plugins from Mage People to fix problems in the main plugin but they just came with more problems too. The worst of it was when a customer tried to book on my website through their plugin. The order came through Woocommerce but didn't register in the calendar or order list in the plugin, it also sent the customer 100 confirmation emails resulting in the Mage People server being classified as Spam. Terrible plug ins. Will never use them again.

The rental plugin has great potential. I’m looking forward to future enhancements. I’ve been working with the event plugin for a year and appreciate the excellent collaboration with the team. Support is fast and competent.

I had the problemthat the Event Manager and Tickets Selling Plugin for WooCommerce from Mage-people caused that DIVI Builder couldnt be opened after the Eventmanager Plugin update, but MagePeople reacted very fast and managed to solve it and promised by next update will work everything smoothly...I recheck here when not, but now I´m satisfied with their work.

El soporte que brindan es de 10. Bastante atentos con el cliente, y suelen ser rápidos en cuanto a solucionar problemas se refiere. Hasta el momento no he tenido ningún problema con ellos, y si tuviera que elegir alguna otra solución, si la proporcionan ellos, la cogería sin ninguna duda.
