Great product & support

Pretty unhappy that my shipping cost was so high! It could have simply been mailed!? I feel like because I bought your system years ago I have to buy the cards from maglocks. So in turn I basically pay .75 per card to ship plus $1.00 per card in brokerage fees. If it's mailed probably could have avoided these useless fees. It is what it is but needed to express my displeasure. Curt

The magnetic door lock kit was shipped, pretty much immediately, and arrived, very fast. It did exactly as we had hoped, and so far has worked great. Our electrician made a phone call for tech support, and got the required help. No complaints whatsoever.

As advertised. Arrived promptly and well packed

Great product. Website needs more detailed information for product. Had to call support for answers to questions that would have been easily covered with more product information and installation information.
