My neck had been stiff for several months. A friend gifted me a set of the Magnetic Kit. The relief seemed to happen in minutes. I had contacted Customer Service (CS) several times with product questions prior to ordering them for my friends. Responses were quick (most times within minutes) and reps were friends, and very knowledgeable. There was a slight defect in one of the magnets. CS issued me a return immediately. I definitely recommend purchasing the Magnetic Kit!

Bracelet broke after only 2 days.

Run away they are thieves!!!!!!! I command for 300€. They write me: they can't send it in Paris and don't give me my money back.

Purchased a copper bracelet from this company not long ago and all of the magnets are falling out from inside the band. Very disappointing. Cheap product lacking quality.

The removal of the Pin to adjust the bracelet is an idiotic design that requires a jeweler maginfying glass - because the tool breaks with the slightest mis-alignment. 'Designed in the USA' - how embarassing.

I recently purchased a magnetrx ring in polished chrome. Absolutely fabulous product great quality ring!!!! Great service form Mel and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!!
