Great Customer Service
I was having an issue funding my account. I talked with the chat and they were very helpful. They were able to explain what I needed to do and made things very easy for me.

Chat is your friend!
Micheal is usually my virtual assistant, and he is helpful. The wait is about 1min-5min for a response but once he starts the chat he sees me all the way through. Thank you!
