I previously had an account with mailersend with no issues, then our company got acquired, so we closed the previous account and opened a new one with the new company name. We applied for approval, but it was rejected, so we applied again with more information, we were surprised that the account got suspended with the following message "We have not been able to determine that your account fully complies with our policies and community standards." Although we provided a screenshots from our previous account but still we got suspended regardless. Don't waste your time, they are clearly incompetent. You might have your account suspended in the middle of a big marketing campaign. They will just cite their bullsh!t "polices and community standards", so avoid using them at all costs.

Waste of time. Never managed to run their ruby gem. After a day trying was informed that they dont approve my account. Just starting new trial account for checking their services, managed to send one test email. Company and site for using it very legit, never did any spam, but their rules said no.

We’ve been using MailerSend for about six months for simple email verification, subscription confirmations, and email marketing. Today, we woke up to find our account suspended without any proper explanation. After contacting their support team, they abruptly closed the chat and then disabled the live chat feature. Because of this, we tried opening a new account to understand what was wrong with our activity. Their response was: "Our system simply detected it. The account will be permanently terminated. Also, we can’t determine the reason; that’s just how the system works." As you can see in the other reviews, other users experienced exactly same problem explained above. Avoid this service at all costs!
