Very positive experience. Through the years I've ordered a dozen or so PC workstations, always custom builds and from various other vendors. In searching for a new box, I saw that Maingear had a pre-built model ready to ship with almost exactly what I would have configured anyway, and without the delay (or parts uncertainty) of a custom build. I had some slightly obscure configuration question before ordering. The person I spoke with easily answered most, and he double-checked one with someone else. It was reassuring to know he wasn't bluffing or guessing. Shipping was exactly as promised, instructions were good, build quality looks good, and communications have been good. I expect to order from them again.

Very happy with MAINGEAR. I recently ordered a dual 5090 setup in the North XL case. Before ordering I spoke to sales and they answered every question I had. The build came out great with everything in appropriate slots to ensure the 5090s both had full operation. I'm very happy with it it's been working great thus far. I was concerned with heat but under the tests I've done so far it's been great. Very knowledgeable staff and good build quality. The one issue I had was a small crack in the glass case almost certainly from shipping as there was a foot print on the box but MAINGEAR is shipping new glass and was easy to work with. I'd definitely buy from them again based on my experience and the build quality.

I normally do not write reviews quite this early, but so far, my experience with MainGear has been great. It has been almost two weeks and my new custom MG-1 I ordered as a work machine for game development has been running great. Support has been so responsive that I am planning on extending my warranty already, because even if they can't nail down every question you may have, they at least make an effort and respond which is what I look for in support teams. While things have been running good and I hope it continues that way, I will say that I am happy enough with them so much so at this point, that if something failed I would not really be upset as they have already earned a good deal of my trust. They also have Discord community, which I'll admit is pretty dead - but at least there's some friendly folks around willing to help out if you ask should you encounter any issues. All in all, glad I went with a smaller PC building business, and you do get what you pay for - so far, in my experience at least. It wasn't cheap - but support is definitely in line with the price range, let's hope it stays that way.

I made a mistake with my initial order, so I contacted customer service for help. Customer service was awesome and I could actually understand them (no heavy accents, broken English, etc.) They were very understanding and helped me cancel the order. This allowed me to make the necessary corrections and order the correct configuration. Once reordered, my PC arrived very quickly and in excellent protective packaging. The build quality is awesome and the system runs flawlessly this far. My PC even came with extra cables, etc. for future use. Excellent in all ways, thank you!

Computer is great. Looks great. Runs great. Well put together. They use FedEx so be aware of that when you're ordering, but everything arrived in great condition.

I will consistently get my PCs from Maingear. My experience has been absolutely excellent from start to finish. The build quality is outstanding, their customer service is incredibly helpful, and the performance of the systems I've purchased has exceeded my expectations every single time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality PC.

I had originally planned to purchase a pc from a well known competitor located in California. But wasn’t happy about the build quality after researching. MAINGEAR was my next option, and I’m glad I made the right decision! My pc was customized and was delivered timely with updates on the status of the order all the way up to arrival. I especially appreciate how well the pc was secured in the delivery box. The build quality of the pc is next level with no bloated software! Just a clean system as I expected. I have already installed additional Drives from my previous pc using the psu wires they thoughtfully provided in its own box. Nice! Love my fish tank pc case pc! They have earned a customer for life.
