The picture itself was fine
The picture itself was fine. But the special instructions I had requested weren’t done, which was half of the surprise. It could have been a really special gift if what I asked to be done, was done. And it was only a colour change to the shirt in the photo provided.

Disappointing this time
I don’t know if it’s a new business owner or new staff but this time I was disappointed with the pictures. I had to ask for a redraw, and still not up to the standard of the many I have bought before. I couldn’t be bothered asking for these to be fixed again. I have ordered over 5 or more previously and very minor fixes were needed and they were really great. The quality of the drawing and graphics before were much better. They are a great photo to print to canvas as a gift for those special birthdays but the standard of workmanship was much higher previously. Disappointed with these two pictures these times.

We did this order first with our other artist. But again we completed with our same artist, who done with your previous order (#2028-Happy Birthday Lucas). We have attached again for your review now. No one to help with issues
The hair color was wrong and they added an extra cat. When I tried to chat with someone they didn’t understand that I had already paid for the print that was emailed to me. Probably wouldn’t use again.
