seems the customer service has gone down. We are looking at different manufactures to replace our first makerbot.

Tech support is a joke
Tech support is a joke. They read from script cards and don't listen to you at all. Smart extruder has major problems and no one can give you a answer on how to fix it. Mainly because it not fixable.
